I live on the waterfront of Narraganset Bay (Rhode Island). Most of my time is spent on the water either on my J24 or fishing on my Maycraft 1900. I am a sailing coach and work for the Herreshoff Marine Museum. I enjoy sailboat racing and sail as often as possible. I enjoyed your joke page.

fbw is San Juan Islands, Gulf Islands. I am happy when slow cruising; watching the beautiful scenery passing by. My boat is a Carver power boat; 28x10. Just right for 3-4 week cruises.

Hi there ya'll!! Had to throw that in there being from Texas and all. I currently reside in a suburb outside of Dallas. My f.b.w. would be difficult to pinpoint.......the bigger the better! This past fall I purchased my first boat--everyone's got to start somewhere right? So I opted to start with a classic that a friend was selling; of which he took emaculate care. I have a 1975 Glastron "Swinger".

She pretty spectacular for an "ol" gal. I absolutely love it!! I must say I have learned a great deal about boats over the past 6 months. My favorite water activity would be just simiply having the opportunity to head to my slip and take her for a ride. The occasional water sport "play" is always a bonus.

As far as how I found this club--pure luck as I was fumbling my way through the interenet; looking up boat lifts and such. I look forward to enjoying your website! Thanks.

How I found this website. I was also getting very frustrated looking for a printable calendar. I have lived on the water all my life. I am on the Gulf coast of Florida. I enjoy saltwater fishing more than fresh. We have endless water activities here. From diving in the world famous Kings bays springs to deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Beaches, that will take your breath away. I do have a boat, I have always owned a boat. I have owned them as small as 13 ft. to 35 ft. Your club sounds exciting to me. I like anything that has to do with nautical. Thanks for the calendar, you have made my life a little bit easier.

Spousal Unit team, current CG Aux members. Avid rec power boaters. Like to promote safe boating skills, since there are soooo many crazies on the water! Love Lake Powell, Utah. Like fishing, catch/release. waterskiing, tubing, boarding. Retirement plans include liveaboard for coastal cruising, instead of RV. Found club by Google search for Nautical Humor sites.

FBW: Atlantic Ocean - off the eastern coast of Puerto Rico. Second FBW: Atlantic Ocean, Sheepshead Bay area, NY. Don't own a boat (oh, well); just love the smell of the sea and being in the middle of nowhere -- sort of like a getaway when life gets stressful.

Hello...my name is Rose and my husbands name is Jack. We just moved up in size from a 19 foot Bayliner to a 23 foot Wellcraft cabin cruiser. We love boats and the water. We like to boat, fish, camp, swim and snorkle among other recreational activities. I found your club by surfing around. Now that we have a larger boat..we are looking forward to extending our travels to marina's and islands. We have a lot to learn in this area. Happy New Year! Jack & Rose Florida.
