A.V.Y.C. will not, under any circumstances, sell or provide individual member information to any party for any reason. We do not collect personal information including your email address as a condition of membership or the use of our calendars. Should you decide to communicate with us by email or postal mail - your personal information is safe. No mailing list has ever been created nor will one ever be created on our site or in our office ... anywhere period; to do so would hold the possibility of someone obtaining such a list.

The data stored on our servers will be used ONLY in the case of aggregate statistical reporting in which generic data is pulled from our system. Here is what we know: we track how many visitors we have a day along with the number of page hits and which pages are being hit. We also know in some cases which ISP is involved , the country of origin, the link used to get to our site and the search term used (if there was one), the type of operating system being used and the browser type. Beyond that no personal information is collected or provided to AVYC other than the information provided by you in one of our surveys or feedback forms.

Google Ads: Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART Cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART Cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

We want to keep the site open to all visitors. We do not use ID names and/or passwords (other than our free MyBoatClub.Com Email service). Because of our desire to keep the club's web pages accessible to all, we do not allow posting directly to the site. We use forms for all visitor inquiries and member posting. Once we receive the posting it is reviewed by an editor to insure it contains appropriate language; it is only then that it is posted to the site.

We are committed to keeping the site safe for the whole family.

This site contains links to other sites. We also have affiliates who interact with our members and visitors through our various stores, MyBoatClub.Com Email Service, Paypal and traffic analyzers. AVYC is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites or organizations. We encourage you to read the privacy statement of every sites you visit.
